About the Role:
Are you looking to kick start your Real Estate Sales Career? We are looking for motivated sales people to join our team. For years Coronis has been working with people from outside the Real Estate industry and helping them become great Real Estate Agents. We have the Processes, Systems and Training and all we require from you is a commitment to performing the required actions to be successful. This is by no means easy however, the rewards are unparalleled compared to most other industries. In order to be successful you will be required to;
- provide amazing customer service and be willing to communicate and build relationships with a large volume of people over the phone and face to face.
- work to targets which are directly aligned with your personal and financial goals
- have a car and a drivers license
- obtain a Real Estate Registration Certificate
About you:
If you have not worked in the Real Estate Industry or you have and are looking for more direction, this role will provide you the best training in the Industry. Your commitment to your success is the key to you achieving your goals. As long as you have the resilience required and can cope with rejection this role will provide you with truly uncapped earning potential and an opportunity to build a career in a growing industry. Your willingness to learn and a commitment to improving your skills will see you progress through the training process quickly. Some requirements for success are;
- a genuine 'Why' - understanding your motivation to become a Real Estate Agent and a commitment to achieving your goals
- a willingness to communicate with the required number of people on a daily basis
- a willingness to work unusual hours six days per week.
- a resilient personality who can cope with the ups and downs of Real Estate Sales
- If you have a background in sales it is an advantage however we have trained successful agents from all different industries.
