Let's talk about the ROLE:
Due to an internal promotion we are currently looking for an experienced Senior Property Manager to join one of our established Property Management Teams in North Brisbane. If you’re looking for variety and diversity in the workplace, this is the perfect position for you – this role is an awesome mixture of in and out of office tasks. Salary depending experience will be $70,000-$75,000 plus super.
The successful candidate will be responsible for all daily end to end portfolio management, including arrears, client communication, entries and exits, liaising with owners, tenants and tradesmen all with the help of a leasing consultant and maintenance / routine inspections officer! You will get to utilize the latest Real Estate technology and will be fully trained to use the Our-Property software.

We’re looking for someone who excels delivering excellent customer service, a self-starting, ambitious team player who is ready to take the next step with their career.
The successful candidate must have a Queensland real estate registration, a minimum of 12 months experience in Real Estate, a reliable car & current drivers license.
