The Role
Based on the South-side of Brisbane this is a fast paced role where you will be leasing out residential property. This role involves some aspects of day to day property management including processing applications, open homes, lease signs and tenant liaison. Although this is not a business development role, the agencies strength of presence in the market place means that there is consistent growth requiring the ability to confidently speak with new and potential landlords on a regular basis.
About the Opportunity
- $50,000-$60,000 plus super
- You will be responsible for the leasing of properties.
- The role is based out of our South-side offices
- We will put up your signs, open homes and liaise with tenants.
- You will need your own car, along with a "can do" attitude, excellent time management and communication skills.
- We provide a laptop and mobile phone.
You
Although Real Estate experience would be highly desired it is not essential. You will be well presented with a strong work ethic, you will possess a current certificate of registration or be willing to obtain one. It is essential that you are a team player and love a fast paced office where no two days are ever the same!
Relevant property management experience is desirable where knowledge of REST is an advantage, however we are willing to train and grow the right person.
